Waitlist

Waitlist

Fully booked does not mean out of reach: places keep opening up. With a waitlist request you are in the queue — and we ask you first.

01

How the waitlist works

One request, several chances: together with your preferred date, name up to three further dates of the same course type that you could also attend.

  1. Choose a date

Open a fully booked date and choose “Join the waitlist”.

  2. Add alternative dates

Pick up to three further dates and put them in your order of preference.

  3. Get your confirmation

You receive an email listing all chosen dates and a personal link to change your details at any time.

  4. Get a place

When a place opens up, we contact you personally. Once you accept a date, we take you off the other waitlists.

Register interest in future courses

In your waitlist request you can also tell us in which federal states you could attend, by when you need the course and whether you could step in at short notice.

This helps us plan additional courses where demand is greatest. All details are optional and can be changed at any time via your personal link.

  • Federal states where you could attend
  • Your time window — from “as soon as possible” to “any time”
  • Available at short notice when a place opens up
  • Email updates about new dates

Questions about the waitlist

Is a waitlist request binding?

No. It is a request, not a registration. It only becomes binding once we offer you a place and you accept.

Can I see my position?

Yes — the personal link in your confirmation email shows your status and position for each date.

How long does my request stay active?

It stays active as long as you confirm your interest. After twelve months without confirmation it is paused; you can renew it at any time via your link.

How do I withdraw?

Via the personal link in your confirmation email — with one click, no reason needed.
