Data processing when you visit this website

When you visit this website, the web server processes technically necessary data (in particular IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser used) in the form of server logs. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are deleted automatically after a short period.

This website uses no analytics or marketing cookies and no third-party tracking services.

Course enquiries and registration form

When you submit a course enquiry via the enquiry form, we process the data you provide (in particular name, title, contact details, professional information and the requested course date) in order to handle your enquiry, organise and run the course, and communicate with you by email in that context. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures and of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

For sending emails related to course organisation we use technical service providers as processors, who are contractually bound to comply with data protection requirements. Your data is never passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.

Your data is stored for as long as necessary for the organisation of the course, compliance with statutory retention obligations and documentation of course participation, and is deleted thereafter.
